	blueshawk.info was developed using FrontPage 2002/2003
	Original pictures were taken with a Nikon Coolpix 775 (more recently a Nikon Coolpix 4500, more recently still with a Nikon D70 digital SLR), and images were processed with Photoshop. In the interest of quicker download times (for those with slower connections), most images have been compressed at the cost of some picture quality.
	The sound samples come in part from the Gibson website, others I recorded myself, yet others have come from contributors to this site. In recording my own stuff I experimented with direct injection from a Marshall AVT 150 (using the speaker emulated output) - that produced a very thin sound. I got somewhat better results with a Shure SM57 close miked into a Portastudio. However the Marshall just didn't give the sound I wanted. I have now changed to a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe (via a Peavey Classic 30). Check recording/mastering details here.
	Text comes mainly from the keyboard of the blueshawk, but there is some material from the Gibson website, and reviews originally posted on a variety of websites. Reviews have been reproduced from a variety of sources - and some items have come from supporters of this site. Yes, the blueshawk has heard of copyright - but he believes strongly that the web is an open medium and has given credit and links where they are due.
